MAGRABi Retail Group, the Middle East's top eyewear retailer, has entered a groundbreaking partnership with Rivoli Group, a leading lifestyle retailer in the Lower Gulf. This merger is set to revolutionize the regional eyewear market, enhancing customer experiences and benefiting the industry as a whole.


The new “MAGRABi-Rivoli Enterprise” will combine the strengths of both brands to expand their presence across key Middle Eastern markets, with a shared commitment to innovation and excellence. By the end of 2024, MAGRABi will operate over 290 locations, including 89 Rivoli Vision stores; this expanded portfolio will strengthen MAGRABi's leadership across multiple countries in the region.


Rivoli Vision, launched in 2020, will continue to play a key role in the combined entity, with Rivoli Group's Vice Chairman, Ramesh Prabhakar, joining the MAGRABi board. Together, the companies aim to set new standards for the eyewear industry in the Middle East.
