Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to seek a refund, return it to the store along with the original receipt and within 14 days (2 Days for KSA) of delivery for sunglasses and optical frames (With no new lenses fitted on optical / sunglasses frame).
Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unworn, in the original packaging, and unscratched.
Refunds will be issued to the value of 50% for ophthalmic lenses “in exceptional cases only”, 100% for optical frames, and 100% for sunglasses (it has to be in saleable conditions, With no new lenses fitted on optical / sunglasses frame). Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Contact lenses are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to seek an exchange, return it to the store along with the original receipt and within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unworn, in the original packaging, with no lenses fitted on the optical frame and unscratched.
For the Optical: if exchanged for a different model, the customer will be responsible for the cost of new lenses. Where exchanged for a model of higher value, the customer is responsible for the cost of the difference.

Progressive Comfort Guarantee

If you do not find your progressive comfort lenses 100% comfortable in use, return them to the store along with the original receipt and within 45 days of purchase. We will exchange these for two pairs of lenses (one for reading and one for distance). The new two pairs (replacement pairs) must be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
