Returns & Refunds

Returns

Returns are welcome for accessories, sunglasses and optical frames that have not been fitted with custom lenses. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in store with the original invoice or receipt, or with the digital invoice/ order number if you made your purchase online. Returns must be made within 14 days from purchase or delivery in the UAE or 2 days in KSA, and the returned item must be in the same condition received: unworn, in its original packaging, and unscratched. Important note for return of online orders: if returnable items are bought with non-returnable items, the whole invoice becomes non-returnable. A full refund will be issued for accesories, sunglasses and optical frames not fitted with custom lenses as indicated above, using the same payment method as in the original transaction. For cash-on-delivery orders, the store will procure the customer's bank account details and the refund will be credited within 3-7 working days. All contact lenses cannot be exchanged or returned, and ophthalmic lenses can only be returned in exceptional cases, with a 50% value refund.

Exchanges

"Exchanges are valid for in-store purchases only, and are welcome for accesssories sunglasses and optical frames that have not been fitted with custom lenses. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it in store with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Make sure the item is in the same condition received: unworn, in its original packaging, and unscratched. Optical frames that have already been fitted with lenses can be exchanged for a different model provided that they meet the above-mentioned conditions and that the customer is willing to bear the cost of the new lenses. If the customer chooses to exchange for a more expensive model, he/she shall also incur the value difference."

Progressive Comfort Guarantee

Progressive lenses bought in store can be returned. If you are not able to adjust to them comfortably, you are welcome to visit the store within 45 days of purchase along with the original receipt, and we will exchange them for two pairs of lenses (one for reading and one for distance). The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
