Delivery Timelines

KSA

For deliveries in Riyadh:

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
• Express delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM.

Note: delivery time for express delivery is 2 hours.

• Standard delivery takes 2-4 days.

For deliveries in all other areas including remote areas:

• Only standard delivery is available and takes between 2-8 days.

UAE

Dubai:

• Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
• Express delivery is available in Dubai only for orders placed before 5:00 PM.

note: delivery time for express delivery is 90 minutes.

All Other Areas:

Standard delivery takes 1-2 days.

Egypt

• Same-day delivery is only available in Giza for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
• Standard delivery takes 2-4 days.

Delivery Hours

Our delivery hours are scheduled between 9:00 am and 11:59 pm. To cater to your needs in the UAE, KSA and EGYPT, we offer the above delivery options for your requested address. The delivery agent will contact you prior to attempting delivery to make sure you are available at the selected address.

Delivery of Prescription Eyeglasses

The order of prescription eyeglasses can take additional business days. This applies to all countries.

Delivery During Promotional Activities

During periods of promotional activities, sale seasons and bank holidays, our 2-hour delivery and same-day delivery services might vary slightly.

Delivery Fees

All orders are eligible for free shipping.

KSA

• The Cash-on-Delivery charge is SAR 20.

UAE

• The Cash-on-Delivery charge is AED 10.

Egypt

• The Cash-on-Delivery charge is EGP 100.
