- If your purchase includes both returnable and non-returnable items, the entire invoice will be considered non-returnable.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account within 3-7 business days.
- For in-store purchases, the return window is 14 days from the invoice date in all countries except for KSA and Kuwait, where the return window is limited to 2 days only.
- In Egypt, returns for items with manufacturing defects are accepted within 30 days.
- All contact lenses are non-returnable.
- All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.

- Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.
